PUSH UP DAYS 173-178


445 Push ups

Sets per day:

  • 1 = 25 reps
  • 1 = 30 reps
  • 5 = 155 reps   (30, 40, 30, 30, 25)
  • 1 = 25 reps
  • 1 = 25 reps
  • 6 = 185 reps   (25, 55, 30, 30, 20, 25)     

Fairly pleased with the single set effort of 55 knowing that I didn't go to failure...right now it makes me think I should restart serious efforts/volume, but right now doesn't seem to matter nearly as much as first thing each morning.
