Still suffering from ski days hangover, actually surprised at how exhausted I am, must do some plyometrics type stuff leading up to next ski trip, whenever that may be.
Changing gears, considering marathon training again. May target this marathon: http://www.xterraatlantic.com/big-elk.html but that only allows 15 week build up and taper, which may be pushing it considering my current mileage...15-20 miles per week maybe? 15 weeks means starting next week as this week it appears I will need to focus on recovery.
