OK, but let me think about what metrics I'll include -- certainly bench press weight and reps (on Monday I completed 3 sets of 10 reps with 150 lbs., so I'll add 5 pounds this upcoming Monday). The other exercises are not as controlled, in that sometimes I use different machines and or exercises to stress different muscles, therefore, updates related may not be very informative...will think about it.
How about a weekly update on your heavy lifting?
