Heavy lift day bench press results: Body Weight +15 (which = 155 lbs. total) 1st set: 10 reps, 2nd set 8 reps, 3rd set 7 reps. Between sets did 11 dips, 10 pull ups, sit ups with weights and the row machine...still not sure how to quantify these other exercises as they vary. Have not yet lifted heavy with lower body this week.
