- First run in a year with headphones/i-shuffle, concentrated on keeping pace slow as I feared I wouldn't be able to finish -- had resigned myself to run/walk if necessary, but didn't need to. Afternoon had slightly upset stomach, which I call the long run feeling, but still don't know if it may just be that I regularly drink too much chocolate milk after long runs, as I did this time as well. No I don't plan to stop the practice.
