The 100 push up challenge introduction says to take one or 2 days off after the initial test before starting the program, so I'll start tomorrow, which I think is a smart way to help continue this streak. Or it's a cop out, either way I happy with it. Anyway, today broke down like this:
- 15 standard push ups (warm up prior to P90X3 Agility X)
- 10 side arm balance push ups alternating sides
- 20 plyo push ups -- miserable efforts that result in hopping lateral movement
