770 Push ups

  • 300 in 12 sets of 25 reps
  • 50 in 2 sets of 25 reps
  • 50 in one set of 30 and one set of 20
  • 370 in following sets:  25, 30, 35, 35, 35, 35, 25, 30, 25, 35, 25, 25, 10

Cumulative total:  38,087


Running:

  • Friday:      7 @ 8:37/mi. pace
  • Saturday:  7 @ 8:34/mi. pace
  • Sunday:     Trail run of undetermined mileage.  Ran for 2:25:20, which I was proud of, happy with, etc. I just hope it totaled to good mileage as I still feel behind in mileage considering the June 11 marathon on schedule....
