- This run improved my confidence as the pace was better than expected and I survived it. Pace is a bit skewed as mile 18 was at 7:25/mi. pace, which was also pleasantly surprising just to feel like doing that...I think that is the first sub 8 minute mile I've logged in 2 or 3 years.
