- Ran hard, probably because Bec and I had serious talk about future, my work being too much of a priority in her opinion and my frustration with her being a bitch about it most of the time....clearly we both need to come towards each other in respect to each -- we will try. Felt like I ran fast, though pace doesn't show it...guess I should be happy it was sub 8/mi.
