Day 79

• When not feeling well, or not wanting to run even 1 mile can be miserable.   Legs were a bit tight still, so didn't run fast at all, didn't run far either -- woke up with puffy right eye and general fatigue...feel like crap actually, but could have something to do with Cindy's dog Abby...or I could have Shingles like Becca thought she saw on the back of my neck the other day.  Whatever, Streak continues...

Day 62

• Felt OK today, definitely less little aches etc. than I had a month ago...still not able to make the wheels move, get motivated and sustain the speed, but the final mile gave me some hope.   Becca on the other hand rolled out a 41 minute 5 mile effort easily -- her speed has come back very quickly.  Guess today means I made 2 months, which is good, except still haven't reached the Bec minimum of 2.5 months and my next horizon goal of 100, just so I can send an email to David Ross and City.

• Sinuses felt bad when I woke up, didn't bother me during run, hopefully getting over it -- City said she got the go ahead to do Missoula Marathon, time to train up.
