• Another streak extender...need to actually get a run in sometime as it has been about a week straight of streak extension runs only.   Perhaps tomorrow, though it will require me to feel a bit better -- think the late nights/early mornings have caught up to me.

Day 82

• Ran a little harder today, negative split well...82 makes me think of Herschel Walker, though he may have actually won the Heisman in '83.

Day 81

• Felt a little sore from yesterday's long run, Bec said it's the first time she's run after a long run in a long long time.   Negative split it by 50 seconds or so, after warming up it didn't feel bad.  Hamstring still a little tight, but seems to be getting a little better/looser?

Day 79

• When not feeling well, or not wanting to run even 1 mile can be miserable.   Legs were a bit tight still, so didn't run fast at all, didn't run far either -- woke up with puffy right eye and general fatigue...feel like crap actually, but could have something to do with Cindy's dog Abby...or I could have Shingles like Becca thought she saw on the back of my neck the other day.  Whatever, Streak continues...
