- Slow cruise run, felt tightness in calves that leads me to believe I was/am dehydrated, but wasn't bad so the run went well enough. Definitely would've run another .07 if I'd have been wearing the Garmin, but then, I'd have probably run faster if I'd have worn it as well, so whatever. Finn slept past 5am for the first time in a while, so joyous morning in the Wein household.
