• Stupid blackberry always resets to Mountain time instead of AZ time when I land in PHX -- this time I forgot to change it, so when the alarm went off at 5:30am on the phone it was actually 4:30am.   I sound like I'm complaining, but in reality I'm glad I got up that early because it allowed for a more relaxed morning (helped by the super short not hard run) while also giving me time to manually blow up the slip and slide water feature things necessary for Case and his cronies to have a fun get together...I think I was more winded as a result of that effort than previous days fastish running.
