(Sore throat, no voice, joints feel creaky etc. -- conjunctivitis no longer a significant issue, though the routing of putting drops in eyes all around makes our house sound like a Hanibal Lecter nightmare) Training week is completely shot, transfering all the energy I can't seem to tap into to IronChad as he stores up for tomorrow's IM effort in Idaho.
