- 11 standard within p90x yoga video...have I mentioned how much I dislike yoga? I feel certain I will again.

Have you plateaued on your max sets? You've been in the mid-40s for a while.
ReplyDeleteThinking positively, I believe I am doing better push ups now and I know I am following the hundredpushups.com plan more closely, so hopefully that means I'm still improving even though the max number is plateaued. Thinking negatively, yeah, wtf?! :)
DeleteThe streak extenders are definitely getting better though and I'm keeping those mostly to a minimum, so who knows...at some point soon I'll string together perhaps 3 of them and then go for a single max set to see where I am, but that'll probably be another few weeks from now.
