    • 40 -- sixty seconds rest
    • 50 -- sixty seconds rest
    • 25 -- one hundred twenty seconds rest
    • 25 -- three hundred second rest
    • 51 -- five hours and counting rest

  1. A set of 40 followed by a set of 50 with only a minute's rest in between—that's impressive. When will you next do a max-set effort after several days of streak-extender rest?

    1. Well timed question CMB -- I was supposed to do a taper then max-set before this day 78 effort, but I just didn't feel up to it...so now I have to schedule it I guess. Maybe the first weekend in June...I'll plan to do a to be determined number of streak extenders going in that weekend and then give it a go...
