Strayed from the hundredpushup.com regimen that I have been loosely following because, well mostly just because. Also wanted to try some new forms and give my shoulders a bit of a break from the standard form I had been doing probably too frequently. Additionally ran for 47 minutes today, marking the 2nd week in a row having logged 4 runs during a 7 day period.
