PUSH UP DAY 84

110 Push ups

  • 11 sets
    • 10 military
    • 10 diamond
    • 10 staggered hands
    • 10 on fingers
    • 10 decline
    • 10 clapping
    • 10 reverse hands (fingers point towards feet -- note: think these might be bad for wrists)
    • 10 side to side (weight over one hand then over the other through motion)
    • 10 slow
    • 10 wall push ups

Strayed from the hundredpushup.com regimen that I have been loosely following because, well mostly just because.   Also wanted to try some new forms and give my shoulders a bit of a break from the standard form I had been doing probably too frequently. Additionally ran for 47 minutes today, marking the 2nd week in a row having logged 4 runs during a 7 day period.
