- Very slow, legs didn't feel great -- still think it's the shoes mostly -- but also had G.I. issues that made me go extremely slow, definitely slower than 9 min/mile. Did the mileage prescribed on Bec's marathon training guide, so at least did that. Stomach still a bit jacked, but no big deal...fearing a cold as Case is under the weather and I'm feeling it a bit too...fingers crossed.
