Second set above was max set and it a new high, potentially with an asterisk...I stopped twice in up plank position to catch breath....not sure if that negates the single effort or not, looking for input from my faithful readers.
Note: Set 2, as shown above, was a max set, first one in over half a year I believe. Glad to be confident enough with right shoulder to feel fine trying a max set, now to see if I make a habit of doing the occasional max reps set to see if I can improve.
