Shoulder started feeling a little better, still creaky, but have decided to just press on/up.  


Running:

Ran just over 5 miles on Monday at a slow pace with intent to start running regularly again, still not sure why I stopped, but I guess I just do that sometimes.   Need a goal, but wary of setting one until I get back into running regularly, see the problem there?  Many have it, but I don't like being like the "many," so it is a bit bothersome.

PUSH UP DAYS 501-507

Dropped below 100/day, which is disappointing.   Have been hoping my left shoulder would just start feeling right again, but still feels a bit injured.  It does not hurt very much, but it isn't completely without pain-ish feeling either and I have been trying to be cautious so as not to truly injure myself.   The thought of not being able to play golf is truly bothersome.   However, since I don't know if it's actually injured (some sort of tear I'm thinking, caused by what I am not sure) I am debating just pushing it to see what happens, if it then becomes more painful I guess I'll go see a doctor?


Running:

I ran once...a few days ago.   3.45 miles in around 8 min/mi. pace.

Left shoulder has been bothering me, plus we went on vacation -- check out this video my friends 12 year old put together from the trip, showing us swimming with various creatures of the sea (we also swam with dolphins, learning after we were home that had we been caught we could have been fined $20k, sea turtles, etc. etc.).   Very cool trip to one of the greatest places in the country:


"I would do pushups for 500 days just to be the man who did pushups for 500 days"

Running:

I ran twice during the above time period, one fastish, one slowish, neither long.   Thinking about starting to run again, but we'll see.
