PUSH UP DAY 794

405 Push ups


  • Following sets:   25, 75, 35, 35, 35, 30, 35, 30, 30, 35, 40


Cumulative total:   81,820


Note:    Set 2, as shown above, was a max set, first one in over half a year I believe.  Glad to be confident enough with right shoulder to feel fine trying a max set, now to see if I make a habit of doing the occasional max reps set to see if I can improve.
