- December 7th, I did 325 push ups in sets of 25....every other day has been a streak extender day of at least 25 reps, sometimes I did 30+, but I can't remember which days, so therefore I'm not=]counting those additional reps. Only noteworthy detail is that since the 7th I have been completing each streak extender effort semi-one-handed...not completely one-handed because I can't really do 1 handed push ups left handed. Anyway, see below photo showing reason for this form alteration:
