- Felt OK today, definitely less little aches etc. than I had a month ago...still not able to make the wheels move, get motivated and sustain the speed, but the final mile gave me some hope. Becca on the other hand rolled out a 41 minute 5 mile effort easily -- her speed has come back very quickly. Guess today means I made 2 months, which is good, except still haven't reached the Bec minimum of 2.5 months and my next horizon goal of 100, just so I can send an email to David Ross and City.
