PUSH UP DAYS 70-74

May 9, 2015

25 Push ups

  • Streak extender on fists

May 10, 2015

25 Push ups

  • Streak extender on fists for first 20, then Case sat on my back which made me switch to standard to finish

May 11, 2015

171 Push ups

  • 7 Sets
    • 32, 35, 25, 22, 20, 20, 17   Forty five seconds between first five sets, 20 seconds before final 2

I also ran this day, for 23 minutes.

May 12, 2015

25 Push ups

  • 3 sets
    • 10 pre-run twenty three minute run, 3 standard push ups mid-run (biting bugs made me resume running almost immediately), 12 on fists post-run

May 13, 2015

170 Push ups

  • 8 Sets
    • 18, 18, 20, 20, 14, 14, 16, 50  all forty five seconds apart.
Then volume of push ups  is improving endurance as I'm now able to push out as many as 5-10 more push ups when I feel as though I'm done whereas when this streak started I could only grind out perhaps 1 or 2 more once I was truly hurting.
