PUSH UP DAY 360

Still suffering from ski days hangover, actually surprised at how exhausted I am, must do some plyometrics type stuff leading up to next ski trip, whenever that may be. 

Changing gears, considering marathon training again.   May target this marathon: http://www.xterraatlantic.com/big-elk.html but that only allows 15 week build up and taper, which may be pushing it considering my current mileage...15-20 miles per week maybe?   15 weeks means starting next week as this week it appears I will need to focus on recovery.   Prior to my ski trip 15 weeks would have seemed like enough time, but I'm feeling quite old today -- I wish I had taken a picture of my face yesterday morning, it made me think of this:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-kIxa0fDM0
