Day 237

  • 7.1 miles
    • 7:29/mile pace
    • 0627
    • From/To home
  • 38 minutes at "easy" pace, which turned out to be 7:31/mile pace, followed by 11 x 20 seconds fast with 1 minute recovery between each.   Pretty hard overall, but thankfully not devastating.   Mid-week mileage definitely climbing now that I'm following a specific marathon prep plan.
