- Ran with Case to Case's park as he rode his bike...estimate that round trip of actual running was 1.2 miles (???), so upon return did another 1.2 consequtively to make sure I did my 2k for the day. Had some discomfort in my right I.T. band yesterday after the 13 miler and this morning, but seems to feel better after post run stretch today...take that as proof that I should have stretched better yesterday (had to cut short to make the "Itty bitty Open," with Case).
