- I'll consider this a fast run considering the start time -- first mile was slowish, last mile was hardish. Not many people out at all...actually, saw no one outside, but there were cars on the 101, as always. Becca is doing speedwork at the track today, she meets people there at 4:30am, which seems very extreme to me, but I'm glad she enjoys it.
