  • Felt pretty good considering yesterday's effort, could've kept going without difficulty, but glad I cut it to this length in an effort to recover.   Rolled I.T. band and have been doing so somewhat regularly, I think it helps more than just alleviate pain, I think it helps overall, perhaps even performance.
