- Second mile was sub 7 minute pace, but only because I was surprised how slow I was going when I checked the watch at the 1 mile mark. Think I have some sort of sinus infection, but Becca cashed in a Z-pack subscription she had and gave to me, so hopefully I'll be back to full health soon.
